Agenda

  • observations:

  • @fricklerhandwerk: would be great if everyone on the team could go off with their assigned PRs and merge them when ready without further involvement of the team

  • @fricklerhandwerk: would like us to focus again a bit more on process and move forward making our goals and routines more explicit

    • @edolstra: should not fill the whole meeting with it, though
    • @fricklerhandwerk: yes, must balance the meta discussion with other duties. still, should take time setting a course more deliberately. writing down anything substantial at all is already helpful.
    • @roberth: one way to get more productive is to become more independent
      • @fricklerhandwerk: agreed, we discussed the relevant considerations in the first meetings.

  • @roberth: would like to put the flakes schema design back on the agenda, specifically the system attribute

  • @fricklerhandwerk: inviting pull request authors for next work session needs someone to take care of

    • so far we predominantly review team member’s PRs
      • prosed lead time: ~2 weeks
