Add a label for orphaned package adoption on nixpkgs

I’ve seen that many recent pr in nixpkgs adopt orphaned packages:

#310188, #310187, #310147, #309998, #309739, #309735, #309718, #309586, #309258, #308362, #308360, #308054, #307896, #307560, #307518, #307507, #307494, #307254, #307224, #307015, #307009

I would be nice to have a label such as x. package adoption (not sure what number to put) so they are easier to find. I also made an issue about it on nixpkgs: Documentation: Add `package adoption` label · Issue #310364 · NixOS/nixpkgs · GitHub
This could be helpful for reviewers, as there are often easy to merge and it would reduce the wait time for the pr authors.

I think adding that label could also be automated in the future by checking the diff?
