Can't create wiki page

I know this isn’t particularly nix-related, but it’s the nixos wiki, so close enough.

I have recently set up mailvelope on librewolf, and so I wanted to make a wiki page explaining how to install (normally or via HM) and how to let it use GPG.

However, when I click “Save page”, the editing page just reloads.

I tested creating a user page for myself and that worked.

Tried in both Firefox (librewolf) and chromium (ungoogled)

Oh, should have mentioned that. Yes I am.

I used the visual editor, and it gave a captcha. Did that, and it worked.

I guess the CAPTCHA is broken on the source editor?
