Declaratively add chromium unpacked theme manafest

Hi there, has anyone by chance figured out a way to add a chromium theme manifest declaratively?

The manual way is to:

  1. Type chrome://extensions in the address bar.

  2. Select the “Developer mode” checkbox.

  3. Click the “Load unpacked” button.

  4. Choose the theme directory with the manifest.json.
