Devenv 2.2: attach to running processes and persistent out-of-tree environments

devenv 2.2 is here.

You can now run devenv up -d in another terminal and in another devenv processes atttach to the existing process manager, with current status, ports, recent logs, and live updates.

Other highlights:

  • Persistent local and remote --from environments with devenv allow
  • More reliable shell activation
  • SecretSpec 0.17 and Cachix integration
  • Near-zero idle CPU usage in the TUI
  • Evaluation cache and automation improvements

And many bugfixes!
