IMHO we should push Nix for HPC

We have here funding for Guix. But both Nix and Guix are good solutions to push in the HPC context to give users the flexibility to manage dependencies rather than relying on modules build on-demand by the support team (not sustainable when dependency list is large and very weak reproducibility).
I’m pretty sure the reason why Guix got funding is because of there are a few Inria centers pushing Guix really hard (also probably by someone on the higher up that has taken a liking to Guix).
If our team want to push Nix, I’m almost certain we can have better achievements v.s. Guix ecosystem. And maybe after a while, we Nix folks will have more funding than Guix
