While running nixos-install, I get the following messages, actually a total of 3 times:
setting up /etc...
/etc/tmpfiles.d/journal-nocow.conf:26: Failed to resolve specifier: uninitialized /etc detected, skipping
All rules containing unresolvable specifiers will be skipped.

Should this be reported as a bug? What are the consequences of the indicated problem?
