    • @piegames might make a NixCon talk on this!
  • Documentation in contributor guides, etc.
  • First format e.g. nix itself, hydra, …
    • Could open an issue in other official repos to encourage using nixfmt
  • Let’s not try to only enforce it for e.g. new packages in Nixpkgs, sounds like a pain

I’d love to see the lib code and other complex library functions throughout the tree, where the formatting has clear readability wins, go first in nixpkgs.
