Hardware Acceleration in Brave

Has anyone been able to get Nvidia / Wayland Hardware acceleration or any kind of hardware acceleration working in Brave?

I have it functioning in Chromium but Brave appears to not apply, even with platform tweaks

What did you use to install Brave - Nix or NixOS?
