Help adding tsnsrv to my NixOS config

I’ve added the tsnsrv module to my flake.nix here, imported it in my machine’s config here, and set up a service here.

nixos-rebuild switch completes without errors but nothing happens. Even after a reboot I can’t find a tsnsrv-tv service or the tsnsrv binary itself. I even added the tsnsrv package to my environment.systemPackages but nothing happens. No errors either.

What am I missing?
