Add Portmaster application firewall package and NixOS service module. Portmas…ter is a free and open-source application firewall that puts you back in charge of your computer's network activity. This PR adds both the package definition and a NixOS service module for easy system integration. Package is built from the official Debian package and includes the core firewall engine, web UI, and all necessary assets.
