We use Nix/NixOS for reproducible development, build and deployment environments, with PureScript targeting JavaScript and Erlang/OTP. We’re hiring:
- Senior Production Engineer — Infrastructure & Security: £94,000 + equity. Own cloud infrastructure, Nix/NixOS environments, CI/CD, reliability, recovery and production security. Our stack includes AWS/GCP, Terraform/OpenTofu, Erlang/OTP and PostgreSQL.
- Software Engineer: £55,000–£72,000 + equity.
- Senior Software Engineer: £72,000–£95,000 + equity.
The software roles cover full-stack PureScript applications and services, delivered on shared infrastructure and reproducible Nix environments. Prior PureScript experience isn’t required; strong functional programming foundations matter.
All three roles are full-time and hybrid near Cambridge, though we could be flexible for the right person. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
