# How and when to deprecate texlive.combine? + looking for TeX Live reviewers

I’m just updating the `texlive-2026` branch and we might be getting a problem with [CTAN: Package utbmciad-report](https://ctan.org/pkg/utbmciad-report). This package contains university logos (already has since at least 2021) and now added an official unfree license for those logos. It officially allows redistribution in the package, so I’m setting `unfreeRedistributable` as the license now, but this will still prevent Hydra from building `texliveFull` if we don’t adjust something. (As of now, Hydra doesn’t allow unfree but redistributable packages [Sign in to GitHub · GitHub](https://github.com/NixOS/rfcs/pull/185.))  
This isn’t urgent, but I figured I’d mention it now that I noticed it. Maybe a solution would be to add a `texliveFullUnfree` output and exclude all unfree packages from `texliveFull`, or so…
