If I plug in my Wacom Bamboo CTE-650 tablet it sorta kinda works on KDE 6.6 Wayland, but it’s dicey. The stylus keeps trying to create selection boxes on the desktop, even when I don’t want it to select anything or touch the pen buttons, but I’ve also opened up KDE’s Drawing Tablet config, tried to get the pen to click on the button label “Pen”, and it just would not respond.
I’ve also tried to use the OpenTabletDriver, configuring it according to the NixOS wiki, but the daemon crashes when KDE starts.
I don’t know if it’s just that the tablet is old and has been sitting in my closet for a while, or if it’s more of a configuration, Wayland, or KDE issue.
