How to use ROCm with audiocraft in NixOS

I’ve just tried it in docker and it still appears to use cpu with my dockerfile and command so is it worthwhile to try running it with amd gpu in (Non-FHS compliant) NixOS? Or should efforts be focused on running with amd gpu on (ubuntu) docker container?
