It’s not well documented yet but there’s now a built in way to do that: If you are using Wayland you can choose to use the Ozone Wayland support in Chrome and several Electron apps by setting the environment variable NIXOS_OZONE_WL=1 (for example via environment.sessionVariables.NIXOS_OZONE_WL = "1" ).
