To reproduce: install firefox, cascadia-code, twemoji-color-font and set the default font in Firefox to be Cascadia Code then try to go to any page that let’s you use your own font (e.g. https://motherfuckingwebsite.com/).
Reproducable in both X11 and Wayland (tested with bspwm and hyprland)
