Hi,

Is there a plan that the nix can bootstrap itself on macOS Big Sur?

I’m considering using the time machine back to the old macOS or not. Hope the time will not much longer.

I posted details here darwin stdenv can't bootstrap on macOS 11.0 Big Sur · Issue #104580 · NixOS/nixpkgs · GitHub, but as long as you don’t need to build staging or make changes to the stdenv itself this shouldn’t be an issue since the steps that aren’t compatible yet will be cached already.
