Lag for NixOS release channels (compared to nixpkgs)

Hey!

I wonder how GitHub - NixOS/nixpkgs at nixos-20.03 is updated. Currently, it is at commit 95b9c99f6d091273572ff1ec62b97b6ad3f68bdf (April 22nd), while on Commits · NixOS/nixpkgs · GitHub is at commit 4b30d97cd57815ef5ae0391a06f15aafad676942 (April 24th), including OpenSSL 1.1.1g update. Is it just a matter for Hydra to catch up?
