Hi there, I installed libreoffice from the nixos/configuration and i also tried it from nix-env -i but both of them I get a result were i can’t save any file i make.
I also imported a file over on usb and its in read-only, I figure this must be a package permission problem. How could i make libreoffice executable for a user? in my nixos config i have my user setup and other files work fine, as in i don’t need to get into su.

That sounds like you are trying to save to USB drive, and that the USB drive is mounted read-only (which is not a LibreOffice issue)…
You were right, i was trying to save to my Documents folder in my home directory. But when i tried my home directory it worked thank you. Ill look at my folders permissions
