We’re happy to announce that the CfP for NixCon 2026 is open. You may now submit your talk proposals!

> Schedule, talks and talk submissions for NixCon 2026

The proposal process works just like last year:

- 🎤 Talks may be either short or long
- 🔧 We also welcome short or long workshops
- ⚡ You can even submit lightning talks
- ❄ The content must be Nix-related
- 💸 Commercial talks are allowed, but should be tagged accordingly
- 📝 You may submit multiple proposals, but we will accept _at most one of them per speaker_

The CfP will stay open until **01 July 2026**. That gives you two months to procrastinate before finally submitting on the last day. 🤭

If you run into any trouble with your application, contact us at [cfp@nixcon.org](mailto:cfp@nixcon.org).

Note that to attend the conference, even speakers need to buy a valid ticket:
