Same problem here, I am using an XPS 15 from 2013 with an Haswell i7-4712HQ.
I also found New renderers for GTK – GTK Development Blog, and tried setting GSK_RENDERER=ngl which also seems to work for now, at least nautilus and settings windows show up, again
