NixOS displays tofu square blocks on Chinese characters

Hi. NixOS still cannot display Chinese characters when noto-Sans and noto-fonts-cjk-sans is installed.
I wonder how to configure it in configuration.nix to make it work?

Did you put those packages in fonts.packages (not environment.systemPackages)? And what apps are having issues?
