No applications launch from Noctalia launcher on MangoWM (NixOS, installed via Flake + Home Manager)

I am running NixOS with MangoWM on a Wayland session. Noctalia is installed via a Flake using Home Manager. The environment appears correctly configured, but applications do not launch from the Noctalia launcher.

Installation context

Is there any known requirement related to XDG desktop portals, DBus activation, or launcher execution integration in this setup?

Best to have access to your config. But I can also ask whether you can show any logs from the launcher.
