No networking on Linode

I followed these instructions to launch a linode with NixOS:
Install Nixos on Linode
However, when I boot the linode, it can’t reach the network. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

Some time ago I followed that guide and have a working version of nixos on linode. Any more details you might provide?

I had similar issues until I enabled
networking.networkmanager.enable = true;

Can I change that setting without rebuilding? Otherwise, I’ll have to install again, right?

Just launch console from linode dasboard and rebuild, if anything you have still installation partition right ?

Maybe this is related to issue #71273.
In short Linode has IPv6 privacy extensions addresses blocked and they are used by default starting from NixOS 19.09.
