Not able to boot live CD

Hello,
On the live cd i can’t get to plasma-desktop (Video driver), but I can get to cmd line if I use the “nomodset” option.
I have an EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 and have searched for 2 days on how to install the drivers with no luck, can someone point me in the right direction.

As per the wiki I have tried services.xserver.videoDrives = [ “nivida” ] in the cfg file and that gives a not found error.

Maybe it’s just a typo in your post, but services.xserver.videoDrives = [ “nivida” ] should be services.xserver.videoDrivers = [ "nvidia" ];.

Can you post the configuration and the error you get? Are there any clues in the system logs (journalctl)?

Thanks, That is my bad spelling and worse typing, I can not find any logs where might they be?

On the command line try running journalctl.
