Package request: grist

Hi,

I started using grist and it would be awesome to have it in nixpkgs! Since the Nix@NGI team posted about using it last year I was wondering whether they intend to publish their package or option, or decided on using something else instead?

Nixpkgs basically stopped supporting package requests since packages need maintainers, who in turn should be using the package themselves. So rather than a request, nixpkgs accepts PRs.

which is why i asked whether they use it and if they could share their package.

if they do not use it, i would be interested to know whether it failed their expectations, since i would like to avoid loosing or corrupting my data
