# Privacy Policy incomplete for NixOS Discourse?

looking at [Privacy - NixOS Discourse](https://discourse.nixos.org/privacy) and seeing some placeholders that haven’t been filled in:

> Retain server logs containing the IP address of all requests to this server no more than [NUMBER OF DAYS] days.

> This document is CC-BY-SA. It was last updated [INSERT LAST UPDATE DATE HERE].

these `[NUMBER OF DAYS]` and `[INSERT … HERE]` is how it appears there in the Privacy Policy.

I also find it interesting that the [Terms of Service](https://discourse.nixos.org/tos) note that “any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A.”.
