Closes #252317 Adds a [turtle](https://gitlab.gnome.org/philippun1/turtle) pa…ckage. The nautilus plugin requires `gnome.nautilus-python` to be installed separately. The package is a bit weird, since `turtle_cli` subcommands are implemented through subprocesses of either `$PYTHON` or `sys.executable`. This doesn't work well with `buildPythonApplication`s hooks for setting up python dependencies. ## Description of changes Currently flameshot will not copy images to clipboa…rd on wayland. It works in all other ways correctly. See https://github.com/flameshot-org/flameshot/issues/2848#issuecomment-1199400532 Building the package with cmake option `USE_WAYLAND_CLIPBOARD` fixes the issue. Adding this options allows people to more easily fix this issue if their system is running wayland. ## Description of changes Because of NixOS's generate-config.pl tries to answ…er 'M' to as much configs as possible, this exposes the wrong Kconfig in the RPi-specific code which is added in the new kernel tree intended to support RPi 5. ## Description of changes Variant of #25245 for podman. With this change serv…ices that use the podman api socket will be able to pull images from behind a network proxy.
