This CLI allows users to deploy on Clever Cloud and control their applications, add-ons, services from command line. Several of Clever Cloud employees actually use NixOS daily and we have a growing number of customers using Nix as well so upstreaming this package would be great. (For context, see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/307838#discussion_r1585915343) The current implementation of `mk-python-derivation.nix` appears to default `doCheck` `config.doCheckByDefault or false`, but effectively default it `true`. ```nix { stdenv, ... }: { doCheck ? config.doCheckByDefault or false, ... }@attrs: stdenv.mkDerivation (removeAttrs attrs [ ... ]) { doCheck = false; doInstallCheck = attrs.doCheck or true; # ??? } ``` This PR resolves such confusion: ```nix { stdenv, ... }: { doCheck ? true, ... }@attrs: stdenv.mkDerivation (removeAttrs attrs [ ... ]) { doCheck = false; # The doCheck argument determines the doInstallCheck attribute. doInstallCheck = doCheck; } ``` Another confusion caused by argument `doCheck` determining attribute `doInstallCheck` should be resolved by instructing people to specify `doInstallCheck` instead of `doCheck` and `installCheckPhase` instead of `checkPhase`. That's a change of interface that needs more discussion, and is excluded from the scope of this PR. This PR is a back-portable fix that brings no interface changes and no rebuilds. ## Description of changes Init of [blenderfarm](https://github.com/LogicReinc…/LogicReinc.BlendFarm) `blenderfarm` is an "open-source, cross-platform, stand-alone, Network Renderer for Blender". It can support chunking and rendering of still-images as well as animations over the network. Due to its architecture it needs some workarounds for the client (which is basically the master and has a GUI) and the server (which is a headless worker). For the server part this PR implements a nixos systemd service which the client can connect to. The workarounds are necessary due to `blenderfarm` reading and writing to the directory it is executed from. This can have some undesired sideeffects (such as having renders and setting files in different directories). By adding a custom script `blenderfarm-nix` this is fixed by changing the directory before executing the client. Also `blenderfarm` wants to download blender on all systems by itself and tries to use this downloaded vanilla version. This obviously doesn't work for nixos. Therefore `blenderfarm-nix` links to blender and installs a version called `nix-blender`. The server systemd service also installs such a `nix-blender` version. By doing so, `blenderfarm` can use this version on the client and server and both are agreeing on this version. Tested locally on several nixos x86_64-linux machines and VM's.
