Updates qtcreator. The change used to be a single line version update. However, the last time, github:@deadloko added a piece of code to add some functionality. He is the author of this PR as well and to me his changes in this commit seem consistent with the changes in previous commit.
Besides, the maintainer has reviewed and approved.
