There is already a form package in nixpkgs, but the one I'm adding is a rust pac…kage specifically designed for use with the svd2rust tool, so I named it svd2rust-form. My thinking is that people adding svd2rust will also easily find it as well. If there is another more appropriate way for dealing with naming conflicts, please let me know. A reputable fork exists which is compatible with pip and modern python tooling. ghidra: make build helpers able to use `finalAttrs` and actually use them

Ghidra components that were using `buildGhidraExtension` or `buildGhidraScripts`… previously weren't able to use `finalAttrs`, which led to interesting `let` or `rec` constructs. This reworks the frame of the custom builders to extend the derivation itself instead, allowing us to use `finalAttrs` as we already do with other packages and builders. `nixpkgs-review` does not seem to detect any changes, so I assume that means the packages pre- and post-change remain equivalent? Similar to allowUnfreePredicate, sometimes users may want to only allow specific… broken packages to avoid unexpectedly building others. Some packages may be marked broken for policy reasons (lack of upstream support) or due to broken or unsupported functionality that the user may not care about. An example might be forcing ZFS to build on a newer, unsupported Kernel where compilation succeeds and the user is willing to take the risk of being unsupported. I think the larger topic for discussion would be: should `broken` be used in this way? I.e., should `broken` only be used for packages that actually fail to build or fundamentally work at all, or is it okay to use it for things that *might* work but are explicitly unsupported? [The manual for `broken`](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/aa3169dbfb0fc386658839f2db17d05bc4b399f0/doc/stdenv/meta.chapter.md#broken-var-meta-broken) doesn’t say much about when to use it. If the answer is that `broken` should only be used for things that fail to build or fundamentally work, then perhaps this PR doesn’t make sense as there’s little use-case for bypassing broken on a per-package basis in one’s config. It does bring up the question, though: how should we then mark packages whose config is unsupported? Fixes #382233. I build an image with the following configuration: ```nix …# configuration.nix { config, pkgs, ... }: { programs.sway = { enable = true; }; environment.variables = { WLR_NO_HARDWARE_CURSORS = 1; }; # https://www.reddit.com/r/swaywm/comments/127fsxr/ services.getty.autologinUser = "root"; environment.systemPackages = [ pkgs.foot # term used in default sway.conf, press mod4+enter to open # pkgs.mesa-demos ]; programs.bash.loginShellInit = '' if [ "$(tty)" = "/dev/tty1" ]; then timeout 30 sway fi ''; virtualisation.virtualbox.guest.enable = true; } ``` and `nixos-generate -f virtualbox -c configuration.nix`. Then, after importing in VirtualBox, and starting the VM, `sway` will not work in Virtualbox as currently in nixpkgs (see details in issue listed above).
