Updates to the 0.1 tagged release of the GNU C reference manual from the GNU arc… hive mirror. Some of the package code had to be reworked to accommodate the missing targets from using a mirror tarball release but nothing on the user-end is lost.

Ente.io is an application to host an end-to-end encrypted platform for photos an… d videos. This PR adds a NixOS module to host the ente stack, a nixos test and a documentation page. The module consists of the API server (museum) and several SPA web frontends (nginx). These can be hosted independently of one another.

Unfortunately, this is still pending. The PR was opened many months ago but nixpkgs are still stuck at an old version of opentelemetry-cpp. There are now even newer releases than in the PR, but I would prefer to finally conclude/merge it. When that happens, I’d probably soon prepare another PR to bump to a current release.
