… its a bugfix for a Systeme build breaking bug. Is approved, does not change function and could be even back ported.

Preferably supersedes #483228 I have enabled building `w0vncserver` by defaul…t if the host platform is Linux but this can be disabled via override if desired. `w0vncserver` is working for me in NixOS + GNOME 49.3 + Mutter using the PasswordFile option for auth and RealVNC Viewer as a client on Android and iOS but that is about the extent of my testing. I haven't tested any other desktop environments or Wayland compositors. From the `w0vncserver` man page: `w0vncserver` is a TigerVNC server which makes a Wayland compositor that is based on wlroots, or has the RemoteDesktop portal implemented, remotely accessible via VNC, TigerVNC or compatible viewers. ## Things done Added a new package for [tirtih](https://github.com/sheeki03/t…irith) 2 tests require a patch to work at build time. The init scripts get created fine when the program is installed and used, but within the nix sandbox used for building they fail because they cant find the location to cache their init scripts at because they want write access to some location to save it, there is no subcommand to generate the init scripts without saving them via tirith itself. libv4l: don't pull qtbase into cross-compiled builds

Backport of a new package, builds on all platforms and runs fine on Linux x86_64. Would love to see it merged.
