This PR updates IIO-Niri to 2.0.0 ([changelog](https://github.com/Zhaith-Izaliel…/iio-niri/releases/tag/v2.0.0)) and add the shell completions it generates. Since 2.0.0 induces a breaking change in the CLI, the module has been updated to preserve the old behavior. [`tooi`](https://codeberg.org/ihabunek/tooi) is a `text-based user interface for… Mastodon, Pleroma and friends`. Two bugs in the docker-registry module. Both cause the NixOS test to fail. `r…egistryConfig.redis` was wrapped in `lib.mkIf` inside a let binding. `mkIf` only works inside module config definitions. In a plain let binding it serializes its internal structure instead of conditionally omitting the value. That got written straight into the JSON config file. docker-registry silently ignored the unknown keys, so this went unnoticed since #37871 in 2018. It also meant `enableRedisCache = true` never actually configured redis. Fixed by switching to `lib.optionalAttrs`, same pattern already used on the line above for `storagePath`. The test's `curl` sends `Accept: application/vnd.docker.distribution.manifest.v2+json`, but distribution v3 (#395747) defaults to OCI manifests. The `HEAD` request 404s, `Docker-Content-Digest` comes back empty, and the `DELETE` fails. 1. Remove `passthru.tlType` and `passthru.pkgs` from custom TeX packages (to eve…ntually deprecate `texlive.combine`) 2. Make `passthru.tlDeps` into a function accepting a package set instead of hardcoding the `texlive` set (to eventually introduce `texliveUnstable`) 3. ~~Unrelated change: avoid that ugly `force-output.sh` derivation in `.withPackages`~~ removed to verify that the other changes do not affect the evaluation, will make this change another time Change 1 ~and 3~ are trivial, but 2 is a little delicate and requires some testing. In my simple tests, both `texlive.combine` and `texlive.withPackages` keep working regardless of whether `tlDeps` is a function or a list, so this should be backward compatible. To test this PR, you must call `texliveInfraOnly.withPackages (...)` and `texlive.combine { inherit (texlive) scheme-infraonly; ... }` with some packages not part of the `texlivePackages` set. Please do not merge before #500729 in case it causes conflicts. KDE Plasma plugin, I’ve found a few people using this package in their repos, I’ve updated it to conform to the packaging guidelines and it has been reviewed once already about a month ago.

I was stupid enough to create a pull request from my master branch, so I’m kind of stuck contributing further until this PR is merged.
