routine update (nix-update workaround pending so later versions can go through r-ryantm) + pnpm update

Silo (github.com/pgsty/minio) is a community-maintained fork of MinIO by the Pig… sty (https://pigsty.io) project. Changes from upstream MinIO are minimal. It restores the embedded management console version reference and updates docs/Go module paths. The binary is renamed from minio to silo.
It exists because MinIO Inc. moved features (WebUI, LDAP/OIDC, distributed erasure coding) into their proprietary AIStor product. Silo keeps the fully open-source (AGPLv3) MinIO alive with continued maintenance, binary releases, and security backports. This is essentially a drop-in replacement for anyone who needs the full-featured open-source MinIO.
Because I was not confident in my choice for the version, I reached out in discourse:

master ← Nivalux:linphone-bin

Linphone is an app, that is difficult to build from source, since it is using ma… ny submodules and can have issues like this one:
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/470112
Because I needed it to work and have a newer version that the current linphone package is in the nixpkgs I used the official AppImage version from linphone for the past half year.
That worked pretty well, so I wanted to add this package to the nixpkgs as well, so other users have an alternative path if they encounter issues with the one build from source.
If it is prefered to not have it as the AppImage version as well, please let me know.
@jluttine @Naxdy
PS: The reason I renamed even the desktop file to linphone-bin is because after launching linphone it creates a linphone.desktop file in the user home dir, with the wrong paths. Have not found a way to disable or prevent that so far.
Having the desktop file with a different name allows the app to be launched, even with the wrong .desktop file written by the app itself on launch.

Following the general convention of just looking at another person’s review. Here is a “low hanging fruit”. Built on local machine with no errors. Removed the ignored tests as a sanity check and they did fail so everything committed is appropriate.

master ← qweered:qweered/stdenv-deprecate-is-aliases
opened 02:41PM - 09 May 26 UTC
Co-authored by claude code
The `stdenv.is{Linux,Darwin,Aarch64,x86_64,...}` s… horthands hide the platform distinction and are unfit for cross-compilation. PR #511765 mechanically migrates the remaining call sites to `stdenv.hostPlatform.is*`; this PR deprecates the aliases so the next round of drift gets surfaced at evaluation time.
- Each access to `stdenv.is*` now prints `stdenv.isFoo is deprecated, use stdenv.hostPlatform.isFoo instead` via `lib.warn`.
Mentioned by @siraben in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/511765#issuecomment-4399886847; the original treewide #341407 also called out that "further replacements can be done in the PR where the warnings are added."
