> Instead of downloading the binary appliance from upstream, build it locally insi…de a debian guest. This adds aarch64 support as upstream does not provide prebuilt aarch64 appliances.
>
> This currently leads to an evaluation warning because the \`libguestfs-appliance\` package has a lower version than the \`libguestfs\` package. It's probably no big deal™ and can be solved once the debian maintainers update their libguestfs package to 1.54.0.

For anyone wanting to help make `pkgsExtraHardening` work a little bit better

>
> This causes test failures on aarch64 (with or without ARM 8.3 hardware support),… though only users of e.g. \`pkgsExtraHardening\` will notice because the \`pacret\` hardening flag is disabled by default (though you can confirm that \`pacret\` breaks the build on master without building the whole packageset by trying to add \`hardeningEnable = \["pacret" \]\` on an aarch64-linux system and watching it fail)
>
> Update: also disabled \`trivialautovarinit\` because it turns out that causes the generated package to have empty cmake files.

> This is something I've had in mind for some time. It'd be great for \`meta\` to be aware of teams so if a package is only owned by a team or set of teams, the maintainers could be pulled from the members list of each team. This could go onto the package search and make it possible to see which team owns a package.

> Replaces \`useLLVM\`, \`useArocc\`, and \`useZig\` with \`toolchain\`, \`cc\`, \`linker\`, and \`bintools\` attributes. This might not produce any rebuilds but we'll see. This has the advantage of preventing \`using${compiler}\` flags from colliding and not working correctly if we were to stack multiple \`pkgs\*\` together.
