[muc_notifications](https://modules.prosody.im/mod_muc_notifications.html) is a …community module [recommended](https://github.com/monal-im/Monal/wiki/Considerations-for-XMPP-server-admins#prosody) to be enabled by Monal client. As I understand it should be used in a different way comparing to the other community modules by adding it into `modules_enabled` of `muc` module. Modify t…he phosh module to automatically enable this portal. ## Things done For reviewers: I had to use a patch to fix a rust package version issue. I don't like this, but I wasn't able to find any solution without a patch.
