Updated vkd3d-proton to newest upstream version 3.0.1. In addition add a passthr…u derivation `vkd3d-proton.dll`, which provides the Widowe-PE-DLLs of vkd3d built in release mode. They are built in release mode, as this is the default mode tested by upstream. Initializes the upstream Prometheus exporter for podman, [containers/prometheus-…podman-exporter](https://github.com/containers/prometheus-podman-exporter). This is a ported version of my packaging in [proveit.nix](https://git.tu-berlin.de/proveit/proveit.nix/), the integration test is also derived from there. I'm not too sure how to run the integration test from the Prometheus exporter test suite, but it should work. Upstream gitlab-lsp migrated from npm to bun (bun.lock) in v8.90.0, so the previ…ous buildNpmPackage approach no longer applies. This reworks the derivation to: - Use stdenvNoCC.mkDerivation with a fixed-output node_modules derivation that runs bun install --frozen-lockfile. - Remove the now-obsolete update.sh and missing-hashes.patch; updates now go through nix-update-script with --subpackage node_modules. - Bundle the CLI straight from TypeScript source via the _ts-source export condition. Upstream's release build relies on a turbo remote cache to supply each workspace dependency's prebuilt dist/; that isn't available offline, so --conditions _ts-source is passed to resolve TypeScript sources directly instead. - Use bun build --compile --target=bun rather than the upstream compile_executables.ts script. The upstream script downloads a platform-specific bun runtime from npm at build time (e.g. bun-linux-x64-baseline), which is blocked by the Nix sandbox on Linux. --target=bun uses the running bun binary itself as the standalone-executable template, avoiding any network access. The required --define constants and compile flags are passed directly. There is is really annoying regression that came with systemd 261, that causes keyboard layout issues for anything that relies on systemd-localed (niri, Plasma have been reported).
The fix is trivial and we already have three open PRs addressing this issue:

Nixos/graphical desktop omit empty xkb options

`00-keyboard.conf` is generated with all four `Option` entries unconditionally, …including empty ones such as `Option "XkbVariant" ""` when `services.xserver.xkb.variant` is unset (the default). Since systemd 261, `string_is_safe()` rejects empty strings (systemd/systemd@812aa57d2c), and systemd-localed applies it to every field parsed from `00-keyboard.conf`, discarding the entire parsed X11 context when any field fails. As a result `localectl status` reports `X11 Layout: (unset)` and the `X11Layout` property on `org.freedesktop.locale1` is empty, even though the file names a valid layout. This has a serious user-facing consequence on Plasma 6: the SDDM greeter runs `kwin_wayland --locale1`, which reads the keymap from locale1 and falls back to the `us` layout when the property is empty. Users with a non-us layout and layout-dependent characters in their password cannot log in through the display manager (TTY logins still work since the console keymap does not go through localed). This change writes only non-empty `Option` values, which is equivalent as far as the X server is concerned and restores correct localed behavior on systemd 261. The generated file is unchanged for configurations where all four xkb settings are non-empty. The localed regression is also reported upstream: systemd/systemd#43007. Closes #541408. Verification: with a minimal NixOS VM (`services.graphical-desktop.enable`, `services.xserver.xkb.layout = "gb"`, systemd 261 from this branch), `localectl status` reports `X11 Layout: gb` with this change and `X11 Layout: (unset)` without it. Rendering the generated file with an empty and a non-empty variant confirms only the empty `Option` line is dropped. It is ready for general use: it's been widely used for years ([3k+ downloads this year via homebrew](https://formulae.brew.sh/cask/homerow)) and gets regular updates. Updates the package definition to accommodate changes made in newer versions of …the web package. Tested on a live instance of `museum`. The `chmod` addition in 76a2c04dc8f6846153768d27cff874869dfe0041 was added using Claude Code (Opus 4.8 xhigh effort), everything else was myself and `nix-shell maintainers/scripts/update.nix --argstr package ente-web`. Add new pcrosseperator.service introduced in systemd v261 Systemd v261 …added ` A new service unit "systemd-pcrosseparator.service" will now measure a new separator measurement during early userspace into PCRs 0-7, 9, 12-14, in order to isolate firmware/pre-boot measurements from host measurements. This is a safety concept to protect firmware measurements on systems where the regular firmware separator measurement is missing. It's also useful in environments where a software TPM is used, i.e. where TPM functionality is only available starting with the OS, but not before. This PR initializes `rush-lyrics` at version 6.5.0 and adds me as its maintainer…. [Rush](https://github.com/shub39/Rush) is an application built with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform to search, save, and share music lyrics. *Note: I used a LLM to help with writing the `package.nix`.
