Second GPU detected but won't output video

Hi NixOS users/devs!

I assembled myself a machine w/ 2 GPUs with the purpose of a VFIO passthrough setup. However, my second GPU (GeForce GT710) is not able to output video, while still being detected by lspci:

10:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GP102 [GeForce GTX 1080 Ti] (rev a1)
11:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK208B [GeForce GT 710] (rev a1)

Note that it works on windows, and on a random ubuntu live stick I booted to check if it’s a GNU/linux-specific issue. My suspicion is that it’s somehow related to X11 and xorg.conf - but I’m not sure on how to confirm that.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I asked in an unofficial national telegram group - there’s at least another person who’s got the same issue, with a double radeon setup. So, it doesn’t seem to be tied to the brand of the GPUs.
