Employment type: Full-time

About us
We are bevuta IT, a technology company based in Leverkusen near Cologne. Our team consists of tech-savvy and curious people from all over Europe and beyond. Together, we build and operate products such as nora, the official emergency call app system for Germany that can be used via mobile app. We are also working on developing other exciting digital products that make all of our lives a little bit better.
Your role
In your role as Team Lead IT Operations (m/f/d), you will ensure that our IT infrastructure is always ready for use, secure, and efficient—both for our internal services and for our projects with customers and end users. You will be part of a team that embodies technical excellence, takes service orientation seriously, and works together to ensure stability and further development.
What is important to us
At bevuta, we believe in working as equals across the entire team—from interns to software developers to our senior management. We value honesty, dedication, and attention to detail.
The top priority for our actions is rationality, because we want to do the right thing right. It is important to us to question our own actions and look at things from all sides. We do not adopt concepts from others if we do not fully understand them ourselves. We formulate concrete ideas instead of playing bullshit bingo. We work with facts rather than opinions. We don’t take the path of least resistance, but fight for the best solutions. To achieve a really good result, we’ll go through walls if necessary – but what we don’t like at all is stress. That’s why we take the time to do things right and don’t rush ourselves. Unless one of the servers is on fire. And even though we value rational thinking, we are not robots. That’s why we place great importance on good teamwork and personal development so that we can achieve ambitious goals together as a team.
We are strong advocates of free knowledge and free software. Technologically, we therefore rely on open source and run almost all of our software ourselves. If there is no adequate open source alternative (yet), we work with market-leading applications such as Google Workspace, Figma, and Testrail.
Does all this sound too good to be true? And would you like to work on projects as part of a team?
Then join bevuta now and help us as Team Lead IT Operations (m/f/d) to successfully implement our projects from the initial idea through detailed design and development to quality assurance and final delivery.
You won’t be alone: Together with our experienced team, you will work on inspiring projects and actively shape our future.
