Unable to boot after install

Hi

I am installing nixos on a laptop. I followed the nixos-help
documentation for both MRB and UEFI boot. In both case, the
nixos-install finished successfully.
Howver when comes the reboot, after something about PXE, a message says
"BootDevice not found, please install an operating system on your hard
drive".

I will read stuff about PXE, UEFI, MBR and EFI but in the meantime,
maybe someone has an idea.

if you have UEFI, then you should be using GPT and not MBR, as detailed NixOS 23.11 manual | Nix & NixOS

Hi Jon

It turns out I had to configure my bios(?) to boot with UEFI instead of
legacy. While I had tried the legacy bios installation too, I may did
things bad (on the parted side who knows.).
