Upgrade 19.09 to 20.03 : pb with Graphic card

Hi all,

I reverted my upgrade to 20.03 :slightly_frowning_face: because i meet a big issue.

  1. with gnome-xorg my screen is flashing . :frowning: not very easy.

Storage: 1 x 250 GB SSD
Ports: 1 x USB3, 1 x USB2, 1 x USB Type-C, HDMI 1.4b, VGA, SD card reader
Networking: 1000 Gbps RJ45 LAN, 802.11ac
Battery: 44 Wh (external access for swapping packs)

Work fine with Xorg with Nixos 19.09
Flash with Wayland like with nixos 20.03

The pb exist with the kernel 5.4.35

Since the last update With kernel 5.4.38
it’s work fine.

Gnome ( wayland ) does not work …

With kernel 5.4.39 the pb come back :slightly_frowning_face: :woozy_face:

Same thing with : 5.4.41

have you fixed the problem or found a solution? i would also like to install Nixos on my little Clevo:

  • Intel Core i7-10510U
  • Intel UHD 620 Graphic

no i have always the problem :unamused:

But in my situation is not a real problem, i use this laptop with HDMI screen.

so i don’t search to resolve it…

With 21.05 / 5.10.60 kernel it’s OK
