Vivaldi in Wayland Mode

Running Vivaldi in Wayland Mode on Gnome (with --ozone-platform-hint=wayland OR by setting flag in browser), causes Wayland to fail to launch.

$ vivaldi
[14223:14223:1123/094149.673594:ERROR:wayland_connection.cc(141)] Failed to load wayland client libraries.
[14223:14223:1123/094149.673620:ERROR:ozone_platform_wayland.cc(227)] Failed to initialize Wayland platform
[14223:14223:1123/094149.673623:ERROR:env.cc(226)] The platform failed to initialize.  Exiting.

Brave, another chromium browser, works fine. Any ideas?

Having the exact same issue when installing with home-manger on Gnome (Non-NixOS). I’m supprised there hasn’t been a follow up on this.
