VPN - Gnome Network Manager does not establish a connection - Error

So I have set up the VPN server on my NAS. Settings are first of all the default settings that the NAS provides. Then I exported the configuration files with “Export configuration files”.
Under Gnome the Network Manager is set up and I used the “import from file” function under Gnome when setting up the VPN connection. Then the settings for the VPN connection were also taken over by the system. If I now try to establish the connection, I get the following error message:

TCP/UDP: Preserving recently used remote address: [AF_INET]xx.xxx.xxx.240:1194

Using the OpenVPN Connect Client on Windows works fine though.
My NAS is the DS920+
DSM 6.2.5-25556 Update 6

I would be very grateful for any ideas and help.
