Wifi Speeds keep going to 0 bytes/s after 25 minutes

I recently installed NixOS but now my wifi speeds go to 0 bytes down 0 bytes up and websites wont load until i disconnect from the wifi and reconnect again. this happens every 25 to 30 minutes.

What WiFi card do you have? Did you set hardware.enableRedistributableFirmware=true or hardware.enableAllFirmware=true ?
This is most likely a firmware issue or a issue with your WiFi network (though less likely if it happened directly after installing NixOS).

i didnt find those in my configuration.nix or hardware-configuration.nix so i now added them and rebuilt my system. my wifi card is a
