I have resolved the issue by manually edit and patch fprintd using patch presented in AUR. It will be great for me if I can just use it without overlay or magic by having two versions in nixpkgs.
We should not add this patch directly into nixpkgs. This patch lowers the security, and it is an upstream issue that should be opened on their side.
