I am a Rust and Haskell developer from Copenhagen. I have been deeply interested in declarative, domain-specific languages for some years, starting first with Terraform, then Kubernetes, and finally Nix.

When I started using NixOS in April 2024 for building declarative, on-premise CI systems for testing hardware-in-the-loop, I fell in the deep end.

My two main interests in Nix/NixOS is maximizing developer experience by contributing technical writing, and improving on various infrastructure-related packages:

I am currently improving the NixOS wikis, giving talks, and organizing community meetups. I aspire to contribute to the documentation team. In the Nix ecosystem I maintain terranix, kubenix, bubblebox and hk-nix. Outside of the Nix ecosystem I maintain a few other cool small utilities, most notably cargo-readme.

While my exposure to Nix/NixOS is still short, I am trying to eventually give as much back as I learn, which is hard.
