Printing PRs are supposed to be in good shape now that the output limitting infra is there.
(i.e. having a way to prevent arbitrary user-written values to making arbitrary large messages on the terminal.)

- @ericson2314: The motivations makes sense, but not sure that we need to solve this with new parameters / new degrees of freedom. Maybe we can just change policy, not growing the space of arguments/results, and still solve the issue.
