This project is in a nascent phase and there’s plenty of room for growth, but I wanted to share it anyway:
This project takes advantage of Nix flakes’ template feature to provide a simple way to create a baseline Home Manager configuration. Right now there’s only one basic option that requires you to set a few values by hand in flake.nix, which is not super optimal. If the project catches on, I may add more use-case-specific templates that you can select from.
I’m sharing this here both to make others aware of this specific project but also to advertise the flake template feature which I think is both extremely useful and still under the radar.
